The Fieldprint Site Enhancement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all sites within the Fieldprint network maintain the latest hardware, software, and operational policies. This role initiates and manages the deployment of technology enhancements and policy updates, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on site systems and equipment.
The Coordinator actively monitors and tracks adoption of both new and ongoing initiatives across the network to ensure maximum quality of services. The role provides Tier 2 support and delivers comprehensive training to site technicians on software, hardware, and Fieldprint Network policies. Acting as a key liaison between Fieldprint Sites, Operations, and Information Technology, this role ensures seamless communication and alignment across departments to optimize site functionality and drive successful implementation of new initiatives.
The Site Enhancement Coordinator also maintains detailed reporting and analysis on deployment progress, adoption rates, and network performance metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to Senior Management. Through proactive outreach, documentation, and continuous monitoring, this role ensures Fieldprint sites operate efficiently, remain compliant with company policies, and are equipped with the tools needed for sustained success.
This is an on site position located in Warminster, PA or Mt. Laurel, NJ. You must be able to travel between locations as well. The hours are 9am-5pm and the position pays $20hr.
