Job Description

The Application Support Analyst provides server maintenance & updates and performs routine system tests.  In addition, this role generates and reviews invoices, provides support for internal applications, and runs exception reports. 


  • Performs server patches and deploys Fieldprint services with server maintenance.
  • Leads routine system updates, including quarterly map updates and a monthly technical documentation export.
  • Completes regression tests and deploys testing.
  • Generates invoices and produces exception reports.
  • Supports internal applications and completes occasional technical writing.

Required Skills

Must be detail oriented.

Ability to use a computer and MS office.

Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.

Able to manage multiple tasks or projects.


Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related course of study and at least one year related experience is preferred. Must complete internal certification training; must complete FBI clearance checks.
